About your experience
Privacy and data choices
These notes describe the implemented service: local browser tools, explicit public-profile lookups, account data, cookies, and optional analytics.
Browser drafts are kept in this tab. Queries made while signed in have private account history and CSV access. Completed lookup records are eligible for deletion after 24 hours and are pruned when shared lookup state is next updated; unresolved requests can remain for reconciliation. Support requests and operator replies remain in the account database until handled under the operator’s retention policy.
Accounts store your email, password hash, verification status, session records, and attribution values you arrived with. Checkout is not open in this release.
Analytics and privacy choices
When analytics is enabled on the production site, Google Analytics consent storage and PVUV.ai measurement are denied until you choose to allow them. Your choice is kept for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track overrides an earlier allow choice. Advertising storage, user data, and personalization remain disabled, and Google Signals and ad personalization signals are disabled. Google may receive cookieless requests while analytics storage is denied. Account, settings, admin, authentication, and API pages do not load PVUV.ai or Google Analytics.
PVUV.ai measurement
After an explicit analytics allowance, public pages may load PVUV.ai’s first-party measurement script. It uses cookies such as _pv_id and _pv_sid, plus browser storage, to estimate visits, sessions, engagement, and traffic quality. The visitor identifier may persist for up to 396 days, the session cookie for about 24 hours, and the quality verdict for up to 7 days. Follower/device sensors, ad-protection probes, download tracking, and exit-intent tracking are disabled in our configuration. Account, settings, admin, authentication, and API paths are excluded. Our wrapper redacts URL queries and known sensitive values before PVUV reports leave the page.
PVUV.ai’s public script does not provide a stop method. When you withdraw analytics, the site clears PVUV.ai and Google Analytics cookies and storage, blocks further PVUV.ai reports, removes the script, and reloads the page so its remaining listeners and timers are destroyed. After that reload, PVUV.ai is not loaded again unless you explicitly allow analytics later. Read PVUV.ai’s privacy policy.
Names and drafts
Name generation and basic format review run in your browser. Typing, generating, selecting, and copying names do not query a supplier. Clicking Check username or Check public profiles sends selected names to our server and Apify / Seemu. The app uses sessionStorage with keys beginning username-check: for checker input, generator choices, selected suggestions, and your bulk draft. Live request references and results are also kept in this tab so refresh can check the original task’s status instead of starting another paid lookup.
Drafts belong to this browser tab and can survive refreshes and navigation within it. Closing the tab normally ends the session; a browser’s session-restoration feature may restore it. Clear draft removes the relevant saved draft and visible results. Clearing a draft does not cancel an already submitted supplier task or delete server or supplier records.
Selected names and exported files
“Review selected as a list” transfers selected generator suggestions into the tab’s bulk draft while keeping the existing list. CSV export creates a file in your browser. Your browser and device control the downloaded copy, so clearing a draft does not delete an exported file.
Connections and cookies
The application loads its own pages, scripts, styles, and icons. It uses an HttpOnly browser identifier cookie, valid for up to 180 days, for free limits, plus an HttpOnly sign-in session when you sign in. Permitted PVUV.ai measurement writes its own first-party cookies and browser storage. It does not contact Instagram while you type or review formats. A link to Instagram is a separate visit governed by Instagram’s settings and policies.
Server and hosting information
For live-request recovery and spending limits, the server stores submitted handles, results, request references, supplier run identifiers, hashed browser and network identifiers, and lookup budget counters in Cloudflare D1. Raw IP addresses are not written into the lookup state. Daily and monthly budget totals are retained to prevent a restart from resetting limits. Hosting infrastructure may still record request metadata under Cloudflare’s own settings and policies.
The lookup supplier
Explicit live checks are processed by Apify and the Seemu checker. Automatic alternative checking and owner profile details are disabled in requests; the server returns only the handle, signal, explanation, source, and check time. Supplier run inputs, logs, and datasets remain subject to Apify’s account settings and retention. Clearing a browser draft does not delete them. See Apify’s privacy information. This tool never asks for your Instagram password, token, or cookies.
Account email and future payments
Verification and password recovery require configured email delivery. If enabled, the selected mail provider receives the destination email and the one-time account link. Payment checkout is closed in this release. If it later opens, the payment provider will receive buyer and payment information during checkout under its own policy; payment-card details will remain on the provider’s hosted page.
